EMA conducted soil and groundwater investigations at the Boulevard Chevron Site from 2010 to 2018.  Work included preparation of Corrective Action Plans Part A and Part B, free product removal, ISCO injections, and on-going groundwater monitoring.  EMA designed and installed an AS/SVE system on the adjacent property to remediate the petroleum-related contamination in the groundwater.
