EMA conducted the groundwater and surface water monitoring, statistical data evaluations, and reporting for this landfill from 2002 to 2018.  EMA prepared the Assessment of Corrective Measures Report (ACM), Site Suitability Report, Methane Monitoring Plan, Groundwater Monitoring Plan, and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).   EMA, through our affiliated remediation company, installed two soil vapor recovery units and modified the existing groundwater and gas extraction systems at this landfill to control off-site gas and groundwater migration.  EMA also prepared the SWPPP.  EMA, through our affiliated company, has provided O&M for these systems from 2002 to 2018.
